January 6  Just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, we too might walk in newness of life (Romans 6:4 ESV).

January 7  Celebrate the festival, not with the old leaven, the leaven of malice and evil, but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth (1 Corinthians 5:8 ESV).

January 8  Our sufficiency is from God, who has made us sufficient to be ministers of a new covenant (2 Corinthians 3:5–6 ESV).

January 9  If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold the new has come (2 Corinthians 5:17 ESV).

January 13  We have confidence to enter the holy places by the blood of Jesus, by the new and living way he that he opened for us through the curtain (Hebrews 10:19–20 ESV).

January 14  He has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, to an inheritance that is imperishable (1 Peter 1:3–4 ESV).

January 15  But according to his promise we are waiting for new heavens and a new earth in which righteousness dwells (2 Peter 3:13 ESV).

January 16  It is a new commandment that I am writing to you, which is true to him and in you, because the darkness is passing away and the true light is already shining (1 John 2:8 ESV).

January 17  I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away (Revelation 21:1 ESV).

January 18  Like newborn infants, long for the pure spiritual milk, that by it you may grow up into salvation (1 Peter 2:2 ESV).

January 19  Let justice roll down like waters, and righteousness like an ever-flowing stream (Amos 5:24 ESV).

January 20  God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19 ESV).

January 21  Jesus said to them, “Follow me and I will make you fishers of men.”  And immediately they left their nets and followed him (Mark 1:17–18 ESV).

January 22  Let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven (Matthew 5:16 ESV).

January 27 Let all who take refuge in you rejoice; let them ever sing for joy, and spread your protection over them, that those who love your name may exult you (Psalm 5:11 ESV).

January 28  I lay down my life for the sheep. And I have other sheep that are not of this fold. I must bring them also, and they will listen to my voice. So there will be one flock, one shepherd (John 10:15–16 ESV).

January 29  Blessed are the merciful, for they shall receive mercy (Matthew 5:7 ESV).
