Then, once the event starts, you can walk everyone through the retreat step by step. The Planning Guide provides:

• 5 separate discussion sessions
• Discussion prompts
• Prompts for personal devotion moments
• Schedule for a whole weekend retreat (Friday evening plus a full day Saturday)
• Schedule for a potential full Saturday retreat or Saturday morning only

Our Group Rated This Study Highly!

We used Stepping Out with Jesus for our 2023 women's retreat. In order to prepare for the retreat you will need both the Leader's Guide and a participant journal as the session content itself is not in the Leader's Guide. We had each session leader read the session introduction in her own words, enhancing it with her own witness. Then we broke into our small groups to do the session study and discussion questions. The women agreed that the sessions were a great balance between Bible study and sharing with the other women. The many references to Bible verses greatly contributed to the session content.
